At Gambeti, we strive to deliver high-quality products with care. Please note that all our items are made to order, which means shipping times apply after the production period is complete.

Production Time: Typically 2-5 business days.

Standard Shipping: Once your order is produced, it will be shipped and typically arrives within 7-12 business days. Standard shipping is set at $4.96.

Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, you can choose expedited shipping for an additional $12 USD. This option reduces shipping time to 5-8 business days after production.

Orders over $100 USD will receive free shipping.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or shipping details were provided during checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all information is accurate before placing the order.
However, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Before Production: You may request a full refund if the order has not entered production.

During Production: For orders in production, a partial refund will be issued, deducting the cost of the products.

After Shipment: Once the item has been shipped, we only accept refunds for defective or incorrect items.
In case of receiving a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at gambetiusa@gmail.com. Include your order ID and clear images of the defect. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
